We offer specialized services designed to meet diverse needs, from comprehensive transitional housing for youth to personalized life coaching for anyone seeking to improve their emotional well-being and life skills.
Our houses aren't shelters, group homes, or "the system" repackaged. They're professionally-managed residences designed for young adults stepping into independence.
Transitional housing
Move-in ready rooms in safe, professionally managed homes — bed, desk, linens, Wi-Fi, and utilities included.
Comprehensive Inner Healing Coaching
30-45 Days Transformation: In the first 30-45 days, residents undergo personalized inner healing coaching — addressing mental health challenges and trauma to build resilience and clarity. By the end, residents have a focused mindset and well-defined goals, setting the foundation for a successful future.
Employment and Education Support
90-Day Empowerment: Within the first 90 days, our program provides access to employment opportunities and educational resources to help residents build the skills needed for independence. We support career readiness and trade school preparation, ensuring residents are equipped for stable employment and educational growth — confidently stepping into a successful, self-sufficient future.
Life Skills and Financial Literacy Development
Empowering Independence Through Life Skills & Financial Literacy: Our six-week life skills course covers essentials like time management and effective communication, while a four-week financial literacy course builds budgeting, saving, and credit skills. Residents earn a certificate of completion — a solid foundation for confidently transitioning into self-sufficient, successful futures.
For Youth & Families
Aging out, or already out?
Tour a home, meet our mentors, and apply online. Most residents move in within 7 days — and most pay nothing out of pocket through ETV or extended foster care funding.
For Caseworkers and Agencies
ILP coordinator or caseworker?
Coordinated transitions, monthly outcome reporting, and a dedicated liaison built for county, ILP, and ETV workflows.
